Vapor - based on his inspiration of Vapour.
Rosemary - based on her inspiration of enemies of Terrorift.
Baldi - based on Roblox Baldi, Multiplayer Roblox Baldi, or could be Nextbot Baldi.
Ao Oni - we have one.
The Fogborn - becomes blocky.
EXE - style of FNF'.

Have you ever played Pillar Chase 2, been on a chase and tought: "Damn, why is my character so slow? I could totally outrun this guy..." Could you?

Calculations and Speed!
Let's take our subject for reference: MX!
RazzleDazzleDoo works on the Pillar Chase 2 Team and wrote the beastiary for MX, so we could assume that MX's general info like his stature should be at least somewhat similar to his canonical counterpart.
MX is 12 ft/3.6576 meters tall, while the average human is 5'7.5/1.7145 meters tall
3.6576 / 1.7145 = 2.13333333333
Now, the average human runs at 5 m/s|11 mph
5 m/s * 2.13333333333 = 10.6666666667 m/s, or 23.86 mph
Would you be able to outrun MX?
Long Answer:
Well, as stated before, the average human speed (5 m/s|11 mph) fails to top MX's whooping 10.6 m/s|23.86 mph of speed, leaving a difference of 2.12 at favor of MX.
Short Answer:
Not al all

ABSOLUTELY NOT
The slowest monster in the game, inkfell, alerady has a speed difference at his favor from the average human of x1.51

Could peak humans outrun monsters in the game?
As for now, the fastest human alive, Noah Lyles is able to run at speeds of 27.84 mph, or 12.445594 m/s
Now, again, if you read the blog, you may have noticed that the fastest Monsters in the game (PCX and Niloticus) catually only have sprint speeds of 27.836 mph | 12.444 m/s (except for PCX's final act allowing him to sprint at 20 m/s | 44.738 mph).
Noah Lyles, even if barely, could manage to outrun them, so the short answer would be
Yes, the fastest human alive could outrun Niloticus and PCX
Conclusions and clarifications
First of all, the survivors in the game aren't regular humans, they can survive attacks from characters like ao oni who, based on the oni's mansion map, can leave large holes in the walls with little to no trace, so it's safe to say that the survivors don't have a regular human speed of 5 m/s either
To conclude: work on your speed, you never know when inkfell's gonna pull up and you'll be able to speed blitz him
Im quitting Pc2
The game doesn’t feel like it did before (in my opinion) and that led me to stop playing and move on to other stuff
The game isn’t terrible the community has its faults and some things not even related to that such as being forced to play pc2 and have it shoved down my throat by a certain someone (not any of yall!)
Regardless this is my ending point for now but maybe ill return to the game someday

Passive: Sunshine.
When Tails doll gets 5 kills, he becomes covered in light for 20 seconds. This gives him a speed boost.
Stats:
Damage: 29
Stamina: 112
Speed: 18/22
M1: Tails doll swipes his plush hand at the survivor.
Ability 1: Unfair Race.
Tails doll charges right at the survivor, In a attempt to catch up to them. This works somewhat like silly rush, if hitting a wall, there will be bad endlag. If catching up and getting to the survivor, Tails doll Grabs them in the air and Slams them down, dealing 60 Damage. The cool down is 22 seconds.
Ability 2: Dreadful Light.
Tails dolls light diamond glows into and very light red, causing all near by survivors to be highlighted in red. This lasts 11 seconds. The cool down is 7 seconds.
Ability 3: Cursed.
When used, Tails doll laughs loudly, surrounding himself and all near by survivors in a dark mist. This makes him invisible to the near by survivors until attacking. If Tails doll kills the survivors that are in the mist, his light diamond turns white, making him a dark color for all survivors for 23 seconds. The cool down is 31 seconds.

This time I added some more stuff (vapor, samsonite, and tfk are empty since I still dont know)
For the skins that are crossed out, I couldn't think of anything for them
For Niloticus: I feel like a skin making him look like a Nile crocodile would fit, since thats the reptile his name came from.
For Fuwatti: Now, you may think Movie Fuwatti and PC2 Fuwatti are basically the same, but i dont expect it to be an ancient, just some small model changes and such

For MX: I know the diamond skin references this, but it looks bad, so I want an ACTUAL accurate MX
