Cost: 1600 Coins
Damage: 25
Sprint Speed: 22 (starting)
Stamina: 50
Passive:
Jevil will get faster as the round progresses, when a "Chaos" meter gradually increasing. It increases faster when he uses and lands his attacks, and when maxed out, his speed is capped at 28 (Which for reference, would make him tied for fastest monster along with Niloticus and PCX).
Ability #1: Chaos Bomb
Jevil jumps in the air and throws a white ball is a random symbol on it (Spades, Clubs, Diamonds or Hearts) and the ball then explodes with white variants of the symbol on the bomb, a bunch of them going in all directions, each dealing 10 damage per object, which can stack if multiple hit a survivor at once. The attack varies depending on the symbol used, being different attack patterns from the Jevil fight, and it's random which one you get. Cooldown is 15 second.
Ability #2: Chaos Slash
Jevil tosses his Devilsknife in the air and summons multiple versions of it crashing to the ground, 'slashing' the ground and causing a massive beam of light where they strike. The Devilsknives will lock onto any nearby player positions, and give them only a couple seconds to escape its radius, which is indicated by a white circle appearing around the player. It does 50 damage if it lands, and can hit people even if they're under something (I.E. the under sections of Pillar Drainage System, My World, and the Mainland for example). He can also aim a Devilsknife at a specific player for a more direct hit, if any are in view, but it has a smaller radius. Cooldown is 20 seconds.
Ability #3: Metamorphosis
Jevil laughs and says one of his lines from his boss fight before turning himself into the Devilsknife. In this form, his speed increases by a lot, and he does 40 damage each hit, and no longer has stamina drain (though there is a slight delay on his attacks to make up for it.) He cannot use any other abilities until the duration of the attack is done. Cooldown is 30 seconds, though it counts down just slightly faster with a higher Chaos meter.
Ability #4: True Neo Chaos
This ability only becomes available when only one survivor remains. During LMS, it transports both the survivor and Jevil to his carousel area from his boss fight. When he uses the ability, is summons Jevil's biggest and deadliest attack from the fight, forcing the Survivor to evade the chaotic onslaught until the giant Devilsknife comes crashing down and ends the attack, bringing the two back to the main map. Jevil is unable to use any other ability when he gets access to this ability, and he can only use it once. After it's spent, it disappears and he regains access to his other abilities. Damage varies depending on how much the survivor is hit, and can kill a full health survivor if they get hit too much. Cooldown N/A (Cause this move is a one-time deal).
Intro animation: Jevil's cell door appears and opens as Jevil comes out of it laughing, taking out his Devilsknife as the cell disappears.
Base Death animation: Jevil chaotically slices the survivor with the Devilsknife in his hand before decapitating them, and the Undertale/Deltarune soul breaking sound is heard, similar to the death sound heard when WYST kills a survivor with his M1.
Ability 3 Death animation: Jevil slices the survivor a few times before cutting them in two, the UT/DR soul breaking sound heard while doing it.
Death quote when dying to Jevil: You've lost our little numbers game.
Death quote when dying to Chaos Bomb, Chaos Slash, or TNC: Chaos, Chaos!
Death quote when dying while Jevil is using Metamorphosis: Even Devilsknife is smiling!

I apologize for the amount of yapping I did in this one, but I can't help it. I'm a huge fan of Undertale and Deltarune, and I love Jevil, so I just had to go all out with this one. Lemme know what y'all think!
