Currency, as the title suggests, is the money system in Pillar Chase 2. The main currency, Coins, can be used for multiple content, such as Skins, Upgrades, Monsters, Banners on your Profile, Animation Packs, and more.
Coins[]
Coins are the main currency in Pillar Chase 2, which are used for buying Upgrades, Monsters, Banners on your Profile, Animation Packs, and more. Besides upgrades and skins of a low tier/rarity, you usually need large quantities of coins to buy things. Things such as monsters, some banners and skins of the Legendary or Ancient rarity (or any limited skin) always costs more than 1,000.
Obtaining Coins[]
Survivor[]
- Surviving during the round. Earns coins passively over time (These can be seen at the bottom left in the gui).
- staying AFK (Away From Keyboard) will disable your passive coins until you move, and if the player doesn't move long enough it will be kicked from the round, since it's practically a unfair method of obtaining coins.
- Surviving the whole round. Bonus coin reward at the end of a round, which are completely random. (You can get a max of 10 extra)
- Ending a chase (escaping from the monster).
- Completing objectives.
- Answering correctly to questions in Baldi's notebooks.
- Destroying Vapor's spider skulls.
- Freeing yourself or players from EXE's traps.
- For some unknown reason, players do not get coins from destroying EXE's trap while no one is trapped in it.
- Heal yourself with a medkit.
Monster[]
- Killing survivors.
- Levelling up.
- Walking around the map.
Candy []

Candy Icon
Candy was a limited-time currency that was first introduced during the Halloween 2024 event. It could only be obtained by collecting pumpkins, which were scattered over each map in specific locations.
Obtaining Candy[]
The amount of Candy you could obtain in one round varied depending on the map you played on, such as for example: Mansion proved to be one of the best maps for collecting Candy, as you could gather a total of 14, while other maps such as Schoolhouse only gave you a total of 8. Both Monsters and Survivors were able to obtain Candy for themselves, and Candy was client-sided so everybody had a chance to collect them all. Candy could be used to purchase special Halloween themed Skins and Banners in the Halloween Shop, and prices ranged from 30 (Banners) to 350 (Skins).
Other Currency[]
Robux[]
Robux is a currency that cannot be obtained through Pillar Chase 2, obviously. It can be used to purchase several different things in-game, such as limited Skins, additional Monster Chance, Coins, and Candy.
