Inkfell is the fifteenth monster in Pillar Chase 2. He is an original form of the Ink Demon (Also known as Bendy) from the horror game Bendy and the Ink Machine and its sequel, Bendy and the Dark Revival. He was originally intended to be the original Ink Demon (particularly, his appearance in the second game), but was later given an original design to avoid any potential copyright issues with the development team, Joey Drew Studios Inc. He can be unlocked for 1500 Coins in the shop. (Previously 1928 before the Black Friday Event's conclusion). He was released on October 29th, 2024, during the second part of the Halloween 2024 event.
Appearance
The new Ink Demon, now named "Inkfell", has a drastically different design from the original model. His proportions have changed, now being almost completely asymmetric. He now has a larger bulkier left arm with bones jutting out, and a smaller and thin right arm. His right leg has gotten much thicker, having multiple bones jutting out like spikes, while his left leg has only gotten slightly thicker with a melting foot. His chest now has an exposed ribcage with "guts" spilling down, and his spine is now much spikier and jutting out of his body. His head is now much rounder while also very much spikier, his horns curve in while gaining two extra smaller horns, and he has an exposed eye with a yellow spiraling pupil. His biggest changes are his now two very prominent features: a long spiky trident tail and giant melting wings.
The Ink Demon takes his design from Bendy and the Dark Revival. He mainly resembles a typical demon with curving horns sprouting out his head, no eyes, and large human-like teeth. He wears a tattered bow tie and a ripped glove on his left hand. Unlike his original appearance in the first game, which is very proportional to a human, he is much more proportional to an actual demon. His upper body is much bulkier and elongated with a hunch, with very large arms as well as his hands which sport long claws, and his lower body is much thinner with long skeletal goat-like legs with hooves.
Gameplay
Inkfell has 17 Sprint Speed, 125 Stamina, and deals 45 DMG per hit. While he is normally very slow, his abilities make up for that by offering him great mobility in a chase. Inkfell has three abilities, with those being Devil's Portal, Devil's Rage and Devil’s Dive.
Keybind | Name | Ability | Description | Effect | XP |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
M1 | M1 | Inkfell swings his left arm forward, dealing 45 damage to a player hit. This will 3-shot a player normally. | Deals damage. | 90 per hit | |
1 | Devil's Portal | When pressing 1, Inkfell will throw up a massive puddle of ink onto the ground that swirls around. Players who walk through this puddle will be giving the Inked status effect and highlighted for Inkfell. In addition to this, Inkfell can hold E on these portals to traverse through them. Exiting a portal has Inkfell pop out and screech, exploding the portal he teleported out from. This explosion deals 35 damage and applies the Inked effect. Inkfell will also be boosted by TBA speed when he exits a portal. Max of 6 portals, with a 6 second cooldown on both placing and teleporting through the portals. | Slows players down if walked into. Also used for map traversal. | 125 per player hit by explosion
125 per player killed by explosion | |
2 | Devil's Rage | When pressing 2, Inkfell will slam his hands on the ground and cause a inky explosion around himself. This slows down players, applies the Inked debuff, and deals 35 damage. If Inkfell does this ability near any portal(s), or if a player is near one, the portal(s) will explode, applying the same effects. This does not delete the portal if you use Devils Rage on it. 15 second cooldown. | Deals damage from up close or far away, and applies the Inked effect. | 125 per player hit
125 per player killed | |
3 | Devil's Dive | Inkfell crouches down and leaps forward, gliding a large distance in the direction you are facing before pulling his wings forward to stop himself. Applies Inked debuff to players on contact. 12 second cooldown. | Slows players down, map traversal. | N/A |

Trivia
- His original model and remodel were made by TronusRBLX and Taurolostiryx, and edits for the remodel were made by The_BladeNinja.
- Inkfell was intended to have a different enough design from the original Ink Demon for him not to be straight up Bendy, similarly to PCX.
- Inkfell is the second monster added to the game with more than two abilities, the first being Uncle Samsonite, and the third character to do this was PCX.
- His name is a play on the word 'Inkwell'.
- Inkfell is currently the tallest monster in game, being taller than Ao Oni when standing upright.
- Inkfell's original price of 1928 Coins is a reference to the release date of Steamboat Willie. However, it could also be a loose reference to when Joey Drew Studios (the in-game version) was first created before the events of Bendy and the Ink Machine, which is the year 1929.
- Inkfell is the second monster who doesn't have a passive ability, the other one being WYST .
- The third one to not have a passive ability is Valem.
- Inkfell's release date conveniently lines up with The Month of Bendy, which is October. Along with that, he released during the 2024 Ink Demon's Eve event, which brought huge content updates to every Bendy game and additional information for what is next for the franchise.
- Inkfell is one of 2 monsters that was released during an event, the other one being PCX.
- A few of lnkfell's sounds, more particularly his roars in his Intro, are sampled from Godaran's sounds in Project : Kaiju.
- Inkfell's intro animation is a reference to when you encounter the Ink Demon in Chapter 2 of BATIM.[1]
- Inkfell's death animation is a reference to when you fail to flow into the lost and found room in BATDR Chapter 2 in time.[2]
- Him ripping your head off is also a reference to when the Ink Demon kills The Projectionist in BATIM.
- Inkfell's walking is animated exactly like how the Ink Demon walks in Bendy and the Dark Revival.[3]
- When Valem uses his ability "Trickster's Truth" near Inkfell, one of the messages that could appear on screen is "Our power wasn't meant for you." which could mean Inkfell has the same source of power as Vapor, Rosemary and Valem.
- Inkfell's quotes and info upon release makes it clear that he hates his own existence and blames his creators for it.
- Despite having skins that will reference each other in the future, as stated by Tronus, Inkfell and Shadowborne would not be friends.
