Epic Skins
The Stricken is replaced with the Guardian, having light gray fur, a blank expression with a noticeable muzzle and a much less human-like nose, streams of blood tears leaking from their eyes, and a cow print top hat covering their antennae. In their Tank form, they become a darker shade of grey, with most features carrying over, such as their tophat and bloody tears, however their eyes now have glowing red slits for pupils, and possess tiny rows of sharp teeth. This references the Guardian, the main playable, and also protagonist, of the Slendytubbies series, it is specifically his Infected design in Slendytubbies III. The Tank form is, also, specifically based on the Crawler Tubby, an alternative version of the Guardian's infected design.
Trivia
- The Crawler, Guardian's legless/tank design, uses the parasite model and animations from the “Parazite Slider” of the Unity Asset Store.
- The Guardian is one of the four characters who can have multiple mutations. The others are Tinky Winky, Dipsy, and Po. However, uniquely for him, his mutations are alternative to each other as well as being determinant.
- The Crawler was at first believed to be a separate character, before being confirmed in Slendytubbies III to be actually a mutation of the Guardian.
The Stricken's entire body turns orangish-brown, with his screen now being a light shade of lavander. His ears become rounded, and he gains a black tophat and bowtie. This skin is an obvious reference to Freddy Fazbear, specifically when people found that Freddy, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy were all in an admin console of a older version of Slendytubbies 2.
The skin was made by Combive.
This skin changes the sound The Stricken makes when sprinting while having the infection meter filled to Golden Freddy's scream. This skin also uses the FNaF children cheering sound effect whenever Boulder Toss is used.
Legendary Skins
The Stricken resembles their original designs, specifically from Slendytubbies III, with a brighter purple and a much more angrier expression and straightened eyes. Their tank form has a more faded purple hue, along with bright red scars scattered across their fur, and a completely altered face. Their teeth have dramatically sharpened, with some now appearing from the sides of their jaw, and they now have glowing pupils, one white, one red.
Trivia
- Inside the head of the Stricken Tank model, you can see the Default skin's head, this could be a model issue, but it coincidentally matches the original Slendytubbies III model, where the Slendytubbies II Tinky Tank head was inside of the model's head.
The Stricken now has orange-ish yellow fur with multiple blood splatters on its surface. His face is also different, now becoming a baby-like doll face with hollowed eyes surrounded by blood stains. His antenna was changed aswell, now being a long point with a small back-aiming curve. The tank form appears lankier and slightly taller, and also sports three toes on its feet. This skin references Laa-Laa from Teletubbies, and her infected appearance in Slendytubbies II and III
Trivia
- Surprisingly, Laa-Laa is one of the two Slendytubbies to not have a secondary mutation in Slendytubbies II nor Slendytubbies III.
- Laa-Laa's model in Slendytubbies is a edited version of a FPS Creator model named "Twitcher".
- Laa-Laa's name is a reference to the fact that she likes to sing.
The Stricken now has green fur with multiple blood splatters on its surface. His face is also different, now becoming a slightly tanned baby-like doll face with hollowed eyes and a blood stain in his right eye. His antenna was changed aswell, now being a long point. In his Tank form, The Stricken now has multiple white spots all over his body and a deformed angler-fish like head. This skin references Dipsy from Teletubbies, and his infected/lake appearance in Slendytubbies III
Trivia
- Lake Dipsy's model in Slendytubbies 3 is a edited version of a Unity model named "AnglerMan".
- Lake Dipsy's original design looked far less aquatic than the one we have now. This design used a edited FPS Creator model named "Jaws" which was inspired by a Regenerador from Resident Evil 4.
- Dipsy's name is a reference to the fact that his antenna is shaped like a dipstick.
- Dipsy was intended to be black because he was played by a black man in the original Teletubbies. This is why his skin is noticeably darker than the other Teletubbies.
- Strangely, Dipsy's base design has a head, whereas his original "Pre-Mutation" from the original Slendytubbies had no head, this could've been changed due to Dipsy being a Legendary rather then a Ancient.
- Like Laa-Laa, Dipsy lacks a secondary mutation in Slendytubbies II and Slendytubbies III.
- However unlike Laa-Laa, and most of the other Slendytubbies, his Lake & Headless mutations are a result of Tinky Winky decapitating him, forming two seperate entities.
The Stricken now has darker fur and small black horns. He also looks considerably more malnourished, with his ribs being visible. In his Tank form, he has added elbow spikes and larger horns, plus less veiny skin and a slightly
Rank Skins
The Stricken now has pure white eyes and a spiked antenna with a smaller horiontal spike running through it's upper-center. The screen on his stomach is also now considerably thinner. For his Tank form, his face is stretched and deformed, with his eyes falling out of his sockets and now having an unaturally wide gaping mouth. On top of this, The Stricken's right hand becomes a tentacle-like stump. Both of these forms are a metallic, orange-ish gold.
This skin is a reference to the Cave Tubby from the third Slendytubbies game, although he first appeared in Slendytubbies 2D
The Stricken's face is modified, now having a wider mouth and eyes. He gets light blue fur on his shoulders and wrists, plus metallic properties like the other ranked skins and a spiked hairstyle. His Tank form mantains these traits, however adds more fur in The Stricken's hunched back, darkened, glove-like hands and a sharper nose, plus a mouth similar to that of Reborn's Tank form.
This skin is a reference to the Yeti Tubby from the third Slendytubbies game, although he first appeared in Slendytubbies 2D.

TBA. Although, the inspiration for Binky Winky original appearance is Popee, from Popee the Performer.
Binky Winky is made by Arby.
TBA. Although, it would be obviously based on Po from Slendytubbies.
Trivia
- Po's phase 2 infected model is a edited version of the Pincher of FPS Creator, with the design being based off the Enhanced Slasher Necromorph from Dead Space.
- Spider Po uses the base model and animations from the Overseer, of the Unity Asset Store.
- Po was supposed to be Chinese due to the fact that she was played by a Chinese woman in the original Teletubbies.
